Acceptable Use Policy

Permitted Use

CREATAGI creative AI engines may be used for lawful creative, educational, commercial, and personal projects.

Prohibited Use

• Generating content depicting child exploitation
• Creating deepfakes for fraud or harassment
• Producing content intended to incite violence or hatred
• Generating content that infringes copyrights at scale
• Programmatic abuse, credential stuffing, or DoS attacks
• Circumventing content safety filters
• Using outputs to train competing models without permission

Enforcement

Violations may result in immediate suspension, account termination, and referral to law enforcement where applicable.
