By accessing CREATAGI ("creatagi.genesis-agi.net"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
CREATAGI provides AI-powered creative arts tools including but not limited to: image generation, music composition, audio engineering, video production, 3D modeling, animation, game design, narrative generation, worldbuilding, tabletop RPG tools, shader creation, storyboarding, and literary writing through API and web interfaces.
You must provide accurate information. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and API keys. Sharing API keys is prohibited.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the current period ends. Refunds are handled per our refund policy below.
Each plan has a monthly generation limit and engine access tier. Exceeding limits may result in throttling until the next billing cycle.
Content you generate using CREATAGI is yours, subject to the underlying model licenses. You grant Genesis-AGI no ownership over your generated content. CREATAGI's software, models, and branding remain Genesis-AGI's property.
Generated content may be subject to automated safety filters. We reserve the right to refuse or remove content that violates these Terms.
Annual plans: pro-rated refund within the first 14 days. Monthly plans: no refunds for partial months. Contact legal@genesis-agi.net for disputes.
Genesis-AGI provides CREATAGI "as is" without warranty. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid in the prior 12 months.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time via the portal.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
